I am looking for a clip on star for my Rolli- Model year 1953. So in that way what you say is absolutely true. When the best compromise between light and dark areas is reached, the displayed settings are the ones to go with. What makes a Rolleiflex TLR so special? It was also the last 2.8 model with the classic Rolleiflex nameplate without the meter slot. However, the downside will be that it will most likely only fit the intended wearer.
